Payment only after cleaning

Zamarstyniv is a former suburb the city absorbed without changing its housing: one and two-storey buildings, narrow streets, yards with several entrances. There are almost no lifts, and the flats often have unusual layouts — rooms lead into one another and the ceilings are high.
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. For a house a 1.2 coefficient is added for the floors.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. If the entrance has no intercom or is reached from the yard, describe it in the order: the cleaner will not waste time looking for it.
The kitchen with appliances outside, the bathroom, the rooms, the hallway, mirrors, window sills and skirting. In flats where rooms lead into one another the cleaner decides the order on the spot; the list of work is on the what a clean includes page.
High ceilings put the tops of cupboards and the cornices out of reach without a step ladder — that is a separate item at UAH 599. Old wooden windows take longer than plastic ones: frames with applied beading have more joints where dust sits.
One more detail is the floor. Buildings of this period often still have lacquered wooden parquet, and it is cleaned with as little moisture as possible: standing water lifts the blocks.
The usual additions are window cleaning at UAH 320 and armchair cleaning at 450. Carpets and runners are cleaned in place at UAH 130 per square metre.
In the old parts of Zamarstyniv it often happens that one building has three entrances and none of them is marked. The simplest fix is a landmark in the order: the colour of the door, which side of the yard, whether there is a gate. It saves the cleaner the ten or fifteen minutes that the work itself needs.
Yes, with minimal moisture. We do not restore lacquer or sand floors — that is refinishing, not cleaning.
If the ceilings are high and the tops of cupboards are included, yes — a separate item at UAH 599. Mention it when booking.
No. We do not price by district: the total depends on rooms and bathrooms, not on the address.
