What we can supply
A tender or a procurement process needs documents and figures rather than marketing copy. We provide company details, a service agreement, a costing against your specification, and the list of services at the prices we work at every day — the same ones published on this site.
How a tender price is calculated
Office cleaning is priced by floor area: up to 40 m² is UAH 1,550 per visit, up to 60 m² is 1,950, up to 80 m² is 2,350, up to 100 m² is 2,599, and beyond that UAH 23 per square metre. The minimum order is 1,300.
For ongoing service the total depends on frequency: weekly visits carry a 15 % discount, two visits a month 10 %. That is not a tender concession — it is the standard arrangement available to everyone.
What to put in the specification
- Floor area and the number of bathrooms — the price is built from those.
- Visit frequency and preferred time: during working hours, after them, or at weekends.
- Whether there is carpet and glass partitioning — both are separate items.
- Access arrangements: passes, security, keys.
- Who supplies consumables — paper, soap, bin bags.
How quickly we respond
We return a costing within a working day when the specification states area, bathroom count and frequency. If any of those are missing we ask first: an approximate figure in tender paperwork helps nobody and later diverges from the invoice.
Contract length
We do not require a minimum term. The agreement can be ended with notice, and the frequency discount is not recalculated retroactively — which matters to clients taking a contractor on trial.
What we do not do
We do not take on work that requires separate certification: rope-access facade work, pest control, or servicing ventilation systems. If those appear in a specification it is fairer to say so at once than to sign and subcontract.

Do you work with companies?
Yes, on a contract with bank transfer and an act of services. Deferred payment by arrangement.
What does a 150 m² office cost?
UAH 2,599 for the first 100 m² plus 1,150 for the remainder, at 23 per square metre above 100.
Is there a volume discount?
The discount follows frequency rather than volume: 10 % for two visits a month, 15 % for weekly.
Do you supply consumables?
The cleaner brings professional products and equipment. Paper, soap and bin bags are normally supplied by the client and set out in the contract.
Do you do rope-access work?
No. We do not clean facades or external glazing by rope access.
