Zboishcha is the northern edge of Lviv: panel blocks from the 1980s and recent developments along Varshavska street. The ground here falls away, and some buildings stand on the slope, so the stairwells carry more street dirt than on a flat site.
What a clean costs in Zboishcha
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. The price comes from rooms and bathrooms, not from hours: however long it takes, you pay what you saw when booking.

What the clean covers

Panel blocks and new builds side by side
Zboishcha has two types of housing within one district, and they need different work. In the panel blocks the bathroom and the radiators take longest: hard water leaves deposit on the grout, and baked-on dust packs between the radiator sections over a heating season.
New builds raise a different question — film left on the window profiles and construction dust in places that are hard to reach. That is post-renovation cleaning: UAH 150 per square metre, minimum 3,000.

The slope and the entrance
Some buildings in Zboishcha stand on the slope, and that affects one specific thing — the landing outside your door. In autumn and spring more wet dirt is carried in from there than on a level site, so the hallway and the area by the door take noticeably longer than their floor area suggests.

Do you clean windows on the ninth floor?
Yes, from the inside through the opening sashes. We do not work outside the window.
Is there a district surcharge?
