Office window cleaning in Lviv

Office windows are priced the same way as domestic ones: UAH 320 per window including the glass, frame and sill. The difference is not the price but the organisation — when to work, who opens the premises and what happens with the paperwork.

When we work

The easiest option is before the working day starts or after it ends. Windows can be cleaned in a room where people are sitting, but that means desks moved, a wet floor by the windows and hours when nobody works.

For an open-plan office we usually take Saturday: one visit closes the whole floor, and on Monday nobody notices anything except the result.

What is included

Glass on the reachable sides, the frame, the hardware, the sill and the drainage slots. Curtain-wall glazing by section and the outer face of fixed sashes we do not clean — that is rope access, separate work with a different qualification.

What a whole office costs

Twenty windows come to UAH 6,400, forty to 12,800. There is no minimum order for window cleaning, but sending a cleaner out for one window makes no economic sense for either side.

If the premises also need cleaning, that is a separate booking with a UAH 1,300 minimum on the office rate.

Paperwork and payment

We work with companies and sole traders: invoice, completion certificate, payment to the account. For a regular schedule one invoice a month for all visits is easier than one per visit.

What gets in the way in an office

Two things, and neither is about chemistry. Blinds: cassette blinds do not need removing, but the glass behind them can only be cleaned with the fabric raised, and somebody has to raise it. And the equipment on the sills — routers, extension leads and monitors that belong to nobody in particular; who moves them is better settled before the visit.

A third, less obvious one: in rooms with a wall-mounted air conditioner there is often a mark on the sill beneath it from condensation. That is limescale rather than dirt and needs a different product — mention it in advance.

How often to clean office windows

Twice a year for an office in a quiet block and three times on a busy street. Glass on the lower floors soils faster than higher up: splashes from the pavement are added to the dust.
