Why this is not ordinary cleaning
A newly built flat after the fit-out is dirty in a different way from a lived-in one. There is no household dirt — there is construction dust settled into every joint, dried mortar on the floor, film and tape on the window profiles, paint marks on the sills. A cloth and a household vacuum do not cope: the dust is fine, it lifts into the air and settles again.
So the work is priced by area rather than by rooms: UAH 150 per square metre, with a minimum order of 3,000.
What it costs in your case
A one-bedroom of 40 m² is UAH 6,000, a two-bedroom of 60 m² is 9,000, a three-bedroom of 80 m² is 12,000. The 3,000 minimum applies to small areas: an 18 m² studio would come to 2,700, so the minimum is charged instead.
Windows after construction work are a separate item at UAH 450 each rather than the usual 320: film, tape and paint spatter come off by hand, and that takes longer than ordinary window cleaning.
What is included
- Carrying construction waste left in the flat out to the bin by the building.
- Dry dust removal from the top down: ceiling, walls, reveals, radiators, pipes.
- Damp cleaning of every surface, including the inside of fitted cupboards where they are already installed.
- Floors in two or three passes: the first lifts the bulk of the dust, the rest catch what settles after it.
- Bathroom: mortar on the tiles, deposits on the fittings, grout between the joints.
When to book it
The best moment is after the builders leave and before the furniture arrives. Every surface is reachable in an empty flat, and the same area takes less time than it would with furniture in place. If the furniture is already there, say so — the cleaner will allow more time for working around it.
The second visit, after you move in, is an ordinary apartment clean from UAH 1,550, and that one is priced by rooms.
What cleaning does not do
It does not lift dried expanding foam off surfaces it has already damaged, does not remove paint that soaked into unprotected parquet, and does not undo scratches left on glass by a scraper. Those are consequences of the building work rather than dirt, and it is fairer to say so before the visit.

Do you take away construction waste?
Whatever is left inside the flat goes out to the bin by the building. We do not arrange skip or van removal.
Clean before or after the furniture arrives?
Before. Every surface is reachable in an empty flat and the same area takes less time.
Why is it dearer than an ordinary clean?
Because it is different work: construction dust comes off in several passes and the floor is washed two or three times. An ordinary clean after you move in starts at UAH 1,550.
Do you remove the film from the windows?
Yes, that is part of the UAH 450 post-construction window item. Tape and paint marks come off by hand.
