Office chair cleaning in Lviv

An office chair means eight hours a day, five days a week, for years. The back absorbs sweat and hair products, the seat takes the crumbs of lunches eaten at the desk, the armrests darken under hands. In an open-plan office it shows at a glance: chairs in the same row are visibly different shades.

We clean office chairs on site, with nothing taken away: UAH 299 per chair. For orders of ten chairs or more we come outside working hours so the team is not disturbed.

What exactly is cleaned

• Fabric seat and back — extractor, with a solution matched to the upholstery.
• Mesh backs — gently, without pressure, so the weave is not stretched.
• Armrests — grease and hand marks.
• The plastic base and castors — dust and wound-in hair.

Why chairs are cleaned in batches

Cleaning one chair out of ten achieves little: it ends up visibly lighter than its neighbours, and that contrast irritates more than the uniform greyness did. So offices book a whole row or a whole floor. Ten chairs is UAH 2,990, twenty is 5,980.

Hygiene, not just appearance

Over a few years the fabric back of an office chair accumulates what a mattress does: skin flakes, dust and the dust mites that live on them. In an office it shows up as a group of people whose noses block by late afternoon and clear at home. Extraction pulls that layer out with the water, and the people who notice first are usually the allergy sufferers.

Organising it in a working office

• Friday after 16:00 works best: the chairs are fully dry by Monday.
• Alternatively go department by department, 8–10 chairs at a time, so people move desks for a day.
• For twenty chairs and up we come at the weekend, at no change in price.
• Chairs do not need to be gathered in one place — the cleaner works where they stand.

What cleaning will not fix

Collapsed foam, a broken tilt mechanism, armrests worn to the frame and a stretched mesh stay exactly as they are. Cleaning deals with dirt, not with wear. If the chairs are more than seven or eight years old and the foam has already sunk, it is fairer to say so before starting — and we do.

Price and related services

UAH 299 per chair. Offices usually order fitted carpet cleaning at UAH 130 per m² at the same time, since open-plan flooring gets dirty just as invisibly. The minimum dry-cleaning order is UAH 2,000.
