Zaliznychnyi district covers Levandivka with its panel blocks and private houses, Bilohorshcha, Bohdanivka, Kastelivka and the housing around the railway station. Being close to the station, it has noticeably more rented flats — nightly and monthly — and most of the bookings here come from that.
What a clean costs
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. A house is the same formula with a 1.2 coefficient.
For rented flats a schedule pays better: 10% off for two cleans a month and 15% for weekly. For a flat with a steady flow of guests that is effectively the base rate.
When we come
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. With nightly lets it is not the day that matters but the hour: there are usually three or four hours between one guest leaving and the next arriving, and the whole turnover has to fit inside that window.
What the clean covers
The kitchen with appliances outside, the bathroom, the rooms and the hallway — the full list. For rented flats we change the bed linen and towels if the sets are in the flat. We do not do laundry: that is separate logistics.
What this district means in practice
Rented flats put more load on textiles than homes do: the mattress and the sofa wear out before anything else. Once a quarter it is worth adding mattress cleaning — UAH 600 for one side, 999 for both on a single.
The second thing is the appliances. An oven after guests who cooked, the extractor hood and a shower drain clogged with hair are four items worth checking on every visit, with the oven inside (UAH 499) and the hood (350) done monthly.
In the panel blocks of Levandivka it is the same story as in Sykhiv: hard water, limescale and darkened grout. A steam cleaner at UAH 299 works well here.
Keys and access
If you will not be home, the keys can be handed over in advance: delivering keys to the cleaner costs UAH 399. The simplest option for a rented flat is a keypad lock — the code goes to the manager and the cleaner works without you.
Payment
There is no prepayment: the work first, then payment by card via a link or in cash. Owners with several flats usually prefer one invoice a month for all the visits.
Questions and answers
Can you turn a flat around between guests in three hours?
A studio or a one-room flat, yes; a two-room usually takes two and a half. The exact time is booked in advance, not «during the day».
Do you wash the bed linen?
No. We change the sets if they are in the flat, but laundry is separate logistics — owners either use a laundry service or keep several sets.
Can you clean while I am away?
Yes, by arrangement with keys or a keypad lock. After the visit the cleaner sends photos of the rooms.
