Frankivskyi district holds nearly every type of Lviv housing at once: the post-war blocks of Novyi Lviv, the private houses of Kulparkiv, the panel blocks of Syhnivka and Sknyliv, and the new developments of Persenkivka. Two bookings in the same district can look completely different, which is why we ask not for the address but for the number of rooms, bathrooms and the state of the flat.
What a clean costs
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. A house carries a 1.2 coefficient: floors are counted separately, there are more windows, and stairs take time.
A regular schedule reduces the base price: 5% once a month, 10% twice, 15% weekly. The discount applies from the first clean.
When we come
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. For a private house in Kulparkiv a morning slot works better: there is more floor area to cover, and an afternoon start can leave the house unfinished in one visit.
What the clean covers

What this district means in practice
The post-war blocks of Novyi Lviv have high ceilings and wooden windows: one such window with two rows of sashes takes up to half an hour instead of the usual fifteen minutes, and the cleaner needs a step ladder (UAH 599 if there is none in the flat).
Persenkivka is the opposite case — new builds, where the usual booking is post-renovation cleaning: priced by area at UAH 150 per square metre with a minimum order of 3,000, and windows with protective film cost 450 instead of 320.
Other services here
Houses usually take house and cottage cleaning, flats take window cleaning and upholstery cleaning. The prices are the same as everywhere else in the city.
