Shevchenkivskyi district combines the old housing of Zamarstyniv and Kleparic with the most active new construction in the city — Zboishcha, Holosko and Riasne. That gives two different streams of bookings here: regular cleaning in the residential blocks, and the first clean of a flat just handed over by the developer.
What a clean costs
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. The price comes from the number of rooms and bathrooms; hours worked do not change it.
Post-renovation cleaning is priced differently — by area, at UAH 150 per square metre with a minimum order of 3,000. For a 45 m² flat that is 6,750; for 65 m², 9,750.
When we come
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. In a new build two things are worth saying in advance: whether there is water and power, and whether the lift works. Cleaning after the developer makes no sense without water, and without a lift on a high floor half the time goes on the stairs.
What the clean covers
The base scope is the same as everywhere in the city — the list is here. After building work the list is different: construction dust, mortar residue and protective film on the window profiles.
What new builds mean in practice
Construction dust is a fine mineral fraction that stays airborne for hours and settles again. The floor in a new flat is therefore gone over three or four times with breaks: it cannot be done in one pass, and the next morning the flat would look untouched.
The second thing is the protective film on the window profile. If it has been there for more than a year, the adhesive polymerises in the sun and the film comes off in pieces. That is why a window after building work is UAH 450 rather than 320.
In the older housing of Zamarstyniv it is the other way round: the time goes on kitchen cupboards inside (UAH 800) and the bathroom grout rather than on dust.
Regular cleaning
The discount depends on frequency: 5% once a month, 10% twice, 15% weekly. A two-room flat weekly works out at UAH 1,658 instead of 1,950. The discount applies from the first visit, and a visit can be moved or cancelled at any time.
What we do not do
We do not remove building waste, do not work at height beyond a step ladder, do not clean windows from the outside, and do not move heavy furniture single-handed. These are not small print but the boundary of the service, and we say so before the booking rather than after.

Questions and answers
How many visits are needed after the developer?
Usually two: a rough clean once the builders leave and a final one before the furniture arrives. Time has to pass between them, or the second visit is pointless — the dust has not settled yet.
Can you clean a flat with no water?
Tell us in advance: the cleaner brings water in canisters, but the work takes longer and the slot has to allow for it.
Do you cover Riasne?
Yes, Riasne-1 and Riasne-2 are within the city and cost the same as the centre.
