Sykhiv is the largest residential district in Lviv: panel blocks from the late 1970s and 1980s, nine and sixteen storeys high, with recent infill developments between them. The layouts are predictable, which is why cleaning in Sykhiv is quick to price — a two-room flat in a panel block almost always has one bathroom, a kitchen under eight square metres and two or three windows.
What cleaning in Sykhiv costs
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. The price comes from the number of rooms and bathrooms, not from hours worked: however long it takes, you pay what you saw when booking. A house is the same formula with a 1.2 coefficient.

What panel blocks mean in practice
In 1980s buildings the time goes not on the floor area but on the details. Grout in a narrow bathroom darkens faster than in a new build because the water is hard — a steam cleaner (UAH 299) works well here. Radiators collect baked-on dust over several heating seasons, and it comes off only with a damp cloth between the sections.
Windows on the ninth or sixteenth floor are cleaned from the inside through the opening sashes — UAH 320 per window including the frame and the sill. A balcony is UAH 250, and glazing is counted by section.

Three to four hours if the flat is cleaned regularly. If it has not been cleaned for months, we agree an extra hour (UAH 450) in advance rather than mid-visit.
Do you clean windows on high floors?
Yes, from the inside through the opening sashes. We do not work outside the window.
