Lychakivskyi district is the old housing stock along Lychakivska street plus a large area of private houses in Pohulianka, Znesinnia and Pasiky. There are fewer standard panel blocks here and more private homes with their own plot, so bookings are more often for a house than for a flat.
What it costs
Flats: one room UAH 1,550, two rooms 1,950, three rooms 2,350. A house uses the same formula with a 1.2 coefficient — for the floors, the larger number of windows and the stairs.
A terrace, garage and cellar are not part of the base price and are added separately, so you can see what you are paying for instead of a rounded «per house» figure.
When we come
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. For a private house, plan a full day: the area is larger, and a house has noticeably more windows and doors than a flat of the same living space.

Old buildings and private houses
Early twentieth-century buildings on Lychakiv often keep their wooden windows and board floors. A wooden window with two rows of sashes takes longer than a modern sealed unit, and a lacquered floor is damaged by excess water — so it is cleaned almost dry.
In the private-house area the seasonal work is windows in spring after the winter and the terrace. Winter adds one more variable: road salt and grit carried in on shoes, which makes the entrance mat area a job of its own.

How do you clean wooden windows?
By hand, with as little water on the frame as possible: wood does not tolerate damp, and the sashes in such windows are often dried out. One window takes up to half an hour.
Do you tidy the garden?
No, we do not work on the plot. We clean the terrace and the porch if it is agreed when booking.
