Halytskyi district is the historic centre: Austrian tenement houses, high ceilings, mouldings, oak parquet and narrow stairwells with no lift. It is the most demanding type of housing in Lviv to clean and, at the same time, the one with the most flats let by the night.
What a clean costs
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. The centre costs the same as the outskirts: we add nothing for the district.
What genuinely moves the price in a tenement flat is the number of bathrooms and windows. Old flats have large windows, often with two rows of sashes, and sashes are counted separately.
When we come
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. Two things matter in the centre: whether there is a lift and how to drive up. If the building is in the pedestrian zone, say so when booking — the cleaner arrives with equipment and needs to know how far it has to be carried.

What old buildings mean in practice
High ceilings mean cornices, mouldings and light fittings cannot be reached without a step ladder: if there is none in the flat, one is added to the order for UAH 599. Dust on the high surfaces in such flats builds up for years, and the first visit is almost always longer than the ones after it.
Oak parquet and board floors do not tolerate water: they are cleaned almost dry, with no harsh chemicals. The same goes for mouldings — a dry brush, not a damp cloth.
Wooden windows with two rows of sashes take up to half an hour each instead of the usual fifteen minutes. In a flat with four of them that is two hours of work on its own.
Flats let by the night
The centre has most of them. What matters there is not the scope but the exact window between guests and the same result every visit. We work to the owner's checklist, and the cleaner sends photos of the rooms afterwards.
Payment and guarantee
There is no prepayment. If the result is not right, write within a day with photos: we come back and finish the job at no charge.
Questions and answers
Do you clean flats with no lift?
Yes. Tell us the floor when booking: the cleaner carries the vacuum and the products, and on a fifth floor without a lift that has to be allowed for in the slot.
What do you use on oak parquet?
Almost no water and a neutral product with no abrasive or chlorine. Excess water lifts the boards of an old floor, and cleaning cannot undo that.
Can you clean in the pedestrian zone?
Yes, but tell us in advance: access to the building decides how much equipment the cleaner can bring.
