Pohulianka is the green part of the Lychakivskyi district beside the park of the same name: private houses, interwar villas and small buildings with a few flats. There are almost no tower blocks, and the typical booking is a house rather than a flat.
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. A house is the same formula with a 1.2 coefficient for the floors.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. For a house on several levels take a morning slot — the work runs longer than in a flat.
The kitchen with appliances outside, the bathroom, the rooms, the hallway and the stairs, mirrors and window sills. Wooden surfaces are cleaned with minimal moisture. The list of work is on the what a clean includes page.
There is a lot of timber in these houses: stairs, sills, fitted cupboards, often parquet. Wood is cleaned with as little water as possible — standing water lifts the boards and leaves marks on the lacquer that cannot be cleaned off afterwards.
The second thing is the park next door: pollen in spring and leaves in autumn settle on sills and in the entrance faster than anywhere else in the city.
Frequent additions are carpet cleaning at UAH 130 per square metre and sofa cleaning at UAH 1,299. The minimum order for upholstery work is UAH 2,000.
Houses in Pohulianka often have a fireplace or a stove, and after the heating season fine ash stays around it and travels across the room on the smallest movement of air. It is dealt with separately and carefully, dry: a damp cloth turns ash into streaks that then have to be lifted out of the floor.
Yes. The same formula as for a flat, with a 1.2 coefficient for the floors.
With minimal moisture, never flooded. We do not restore lacquer — that is refinishing, not cleaning.
No, not for houses either: the formula has a coefficient for floors, not for the district.
