What a private house means in practice
In a house the stairs and the entrance lobby take the most time: street grit collects there, carried in from the yard every day. The second thing is the boiler or utility room — the cleaner goes in only if it was agreed, because tools and chemicals are usually kept there.
Windows in a house are often non-standard sizes but are counted the same way: UAH 320 per window including the glass, frame and sill. A terrace and a porch are separate items, so mention them when booking.
