Payment only after cleaning
from 7:00 to 22:00
Sknyliv lies next to the airport, and the housing is mixed: private houses in the older part, new residential complexes along the main streets and cottages at the edge. The typical booking is either a house or a flat in a new build, with almost no panel blocks.
A one-room flat is UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. A house is the same formula with a 1.2 coefficient.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. If it is a gated complex, tell security or leave a pass — otherwise the visit starts with waiting at the barrier.
The kitchen with appliances outside, the bathroom, the rooms, the hallway, mirrors, sills and taking the rubbish out. In a new build before you move in the list is different — see what a clean includes and the section on building work below.
In new housing the usual job is not maintenance cleaning but the first clean after the building work: construction dust in the joints, mortar on the floor, film and tape on the window profiles. That is a separate service, post-renovation cleaning, priced by area at UAH 150 per square metre with a minimum of 3,000.
Windows after building work are UAH 450 each instead of 320 — the film and paint marks come off separately.
After moving in, people switch to regular cleaning and add cupboards inside at UAH 800 and upholstery cleaning.
In the new builds of Sknyliv the clean is usually booked twice: first after the building work, before the furniture arrives, when every surface is reachable; then a maintenance clean once you have moved in. The first is priced by area, the second by rooms — two different services rather than one at two prices.
In how it is priced: by area (UAH 150 per square metre, minimum 3,000) rather than by rooms, and it includes removing construction dust and film.
UAH 450 per window instead of the usual 320: film, tape and paint marks come off separately.
No. The airport and the edge of town do not change the price — it comes from rooms and bathrooms.
