How does payment for regular cleaning work, and how can I cancel the subscription?

When ordering regular cleaning, you can save your bank card in your personal account for automatic payment of future cleanings. This means you do not need to enter your card details every time.

Payment is charged only after each cleaning is completed. We do not take prepayment for future cleanings. After the current order is completed, the system automatically creates the next booking according to the frequency you selected: once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month.

You can cancel or reschedule your next regular cleaning at any time in your personal account by clicking “Cancel subscription” or by changing the order details. You can also cancel the subscription by contacting our support team.
