Cleaning after a party differs from a normal clean not in scope but in order: first what gets worse with time — stains on textiles and leftover food — and only then everything else.
Wine, juice and coffee on light textiles are a job measured in hours, not days. While the stain is wet it sits in the top layer of the fibre; once dry the dye is fixed and it becomes upholstery cleaning rather than cleaning.
So if there are fresh stains on the sofa or the carpet, say so when booking — the cleaner brings the right product rather than a general one.
The usual room-based price: a one-room flat UAH 1,550, a two-room 1,950, a three-room 2,350. If a large party has left noticeably more work, we agree an extra hour (UAH 450) in advance rather than mid-visit.
Upholstery and carpet cleaning is priced separately: a two-seat sofa UAH 1,299, a carpet 130 per square metre, minimum order 2,000.
A big gathering leaves more than mess: tobacco, food and spilled drink. The smell lives in the textiles — curtains, sofa, carpet — not in the air. Ventilation and a spray hold for a few hours, after which it returns from the same surfaces.
If people smoked indoors we will say plainly: without upholstery cleaning the smell will not go completely.
The next morning is the best option: the stains are still fresh and the flat is free. The same evening is possible if a slot is open, but then the work happens around the guests and takes longer.
Bag the rubbish and stack the dishes in the sink — fifteen minutes that save half an hour of the visit. Leave the rest alone: attacking a stain with household chemicals beforehand more often enlarges it than removes it.
We do not remove bulky waste and do not clean the stairwell or the yard. We pick up broken glass but say plainly that small fragments in carpet pile cannot be guaranteed out.
Price it in the order form and note in the comment that it is after a party: the cleaner will allow more time for the kitchen.
