Zaliznychnyi district brings two different clients to the same service: owners refurbishing a flat for themselves, and owners refreshing a rented flat between tenants. The rate is the same — UAH 150 per square metre, minimum 3,000 — but the deadlines are not.
What it costs
A 40 m² flat is UAH 6,000, 55 m² is 8,250, 70 m² is 10,500. A private house in Levandivka or Bilohorshcha is priced at the same rate, but stairs, a terrace and a boiler room add surfaces.
A window after building work is UAH 450 instead of 320. The oven (499), hood (350) and fridge (450) are separate items if the appliances are already in.
Rented flats: the deadline matters more than the scope
Here the clean is nearly always tied to a move-in date, and two visits do not fit the schedule. We say it plainly: if there is less than a day between the end of the work and the tenant arriving, some of the dust will settle after our visit, and it shows on light surfaces.
The working compromise is a rough clean as soon as the crew leaves plus a short second pass over the horizontal surfaces on the day of the move.
New windows in a panel flat
In Levandivka and around the station the commonest job is new windows in a panel flat. Installation leaves three separate tasks: film on the profile, foam on the reveals, and cement dust across the whole room from cutting the opening.
If the windows went in during winter, add the street dirt on the sill and floor that the fitters walked in.
Private houses in Levandivka
For a house allow a full day per visit. The stairs and the entrance area take longest: dust and clay come in from the yard all year, and building work adds a cement fraction from inside.
The boiler room and the workshop are not in the standard list — they are agreed separately.
What the rate covers
Dust from every surface including the tops of cupboards, radiators and door frames; the floor in three or four passes with the water changed; mortar, filler and paint marks; sanitary ware and tiling; ventilation grilles and window drainage slots.
When to call
After all the dirty work is done, including sanding the walls. Clean any earlier and the job has to be repeated in full: dust from sanding settles in a dense layer on surfaces that were just cleaned.
What we do not do
We do not remove building waste, do not clean windows from outside the frame and do not work at height beyond a step ladder.
