Zboishcha is 1980s panel blocks and new buildings along Varshavska street inside one district. The windows differ; the rate does not: UAH 320 per window including the glass, frame and sill.
A balcony is UAH 250, glazed balconies by section. Insect screens are a separate item.
Some buildings in Zboishcha stand on the slope, and that affects one specific thing: on the lower floors the glass soils faster because splashes from the road are added to the dust after rain. Higher up it is the reverse — more wind-borne dust, less dirt from below.
The practical conclusion: on the second and third floors three cleans a year make sense, higher up two.
In the panel blocks the windows are small, with opening sashes, and are cleaned in full from the inside. New builds have more fixed sections: their outer face is unreachable, and we say so before the booking rather than after arriving.
If the flat is straight from the developer and film is still on the profile, the window counts as post-renovation — UAH 450.
Panel-block windows mist up in winter, and the cause is usually blocked drainage slots at the bottom of the frame. We clear them as part of a normal clean — a few minutes that remove the puddle on the sill.
The number of screens and a clear approach to the window. Three insect screens add about half an hour; a sill covered with plants eats the first minutes of the visit, and that is time you pay for.
A standard two-sash window is 15–20 minutes including frame and sill; a flat with three windows about an hour, with a balcony an hour and a half. The exact hour is booked in advance — morning slots go first.
In spring after the heating season and in autumn before it. Zboishcha has one seasonal detail: in spring sand blows onto the glass from the open lawns between the blocks, so the spring clean shows more than the autumn one.
Count the windows in the window cleaning form — the total is shown before you confirm. Prices are on the window cleaning prices page; the balcony is a separate item.
Usually three windows — UAH 960. A balcony, if needed, is another 250.
From the inside, yes; outside only what the arm reaches through the neighbouring opening sash.
Usually blocked drainage slots at the bottom of the frame. We clear them along with the cleaning.
